Returns + Exchanges
We hope you are fully satisfied with every Abroad Modern purchase you make, but should you care to return our exchange an item, please note the following policies:
* All Sale Items, Candles, Incense, Soaps and Face Masks are Final Sale.
Returning or Exchanging In-store Purchases:
- Eligible items may be returned for refund, exchange or store credit within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
Returning or Exchanging Online Purchases:
- Eligible items may be returned in-store or by mail for refund or store credit. Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipments.
- Return requests must be emailed to heytraveller@abroadmodern.com within five (5) days of customer receipt
- Shipped returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of customer receipt.
- Abroad Modern is not responsible for the loss or damage of packages returned by mail. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured.
- Please email the shop to process exchanges of online purchases at heytraveller@abroadmodern.com; In addition to reconciling any price difference, a $5 flat fee will be charged to cover the cost of shipping and restocking.
