This lovely box of incense direct from Japan is hand crafted with Architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's minimalist philosophy in mind. Greatly influenced by Japanese architecture, van der Rohe championed embracing simple design to create something beautiful and rich, without distraction. In much the same way, both the incense's ingredients and packaging are intentionally sparse, allowing both the makers and users to focus on the subtly sweet fragrance of Osmanthus, a flowering tea olive plant native to East Asia.
